I just had my pre-op appointment. The doctor told me that my voice will change but it will be temporary. That it would be fine in about a month.

There is always a risk that it could be changed permenately, but from what I have heard from many here, that it is usually a slight change that ppl only pick up if u tell them.

Who knows, maybe u will like your new voice if it does change and it will enhance your story telling. I am sure u can make it work, and possibly create a different voice then u have not been able to achieve before.

Just my thoughts.
