I am 100% !!convinced!! you have to verify and check every single doctor order etc. etc. etc.

Sometimes some have to many sick people to look after, sometimes they have really not had enough experience at something and sometimes they just really flat out don't know what they are doing and sometimes they have a bad day. But politely, you need to SPEAK UP, ASK QUESTIONS, RESEARCH, ASK MORE QUESTIONS AND DO IT FROM DAY ONE AND YOU CAN FOREVER CONTINUE IT.
