Septoplasty Recovery Time???

Hello folks, How long is the recovery time for septoplasty? I am scheduled to have BOT & Turbinate Somnoplasty at the same time. How long before I can do office work and how long before I can excercise? Please let me know about the best pain medication for septoplasty. How does the pain compare to UPPP? Thanks, Jose
