Just had my trach on June 10 and healing nicely. Best thing I ever did! I woke up once last night instead of 69 times an hour! Get ready to feel great again. Just follow your doctors instructions and like the others say...keep the stoma clean..it gets better each day! The difference in the way you will feel is amazing!
