uppp,tonsilectomy,sinus surgery

hello all,
i have been reading these posts now for about 2 months. i have really recieved alot of good info and want to thank all for that. i had my uppp,tonsilectomy,and sinus surgery done on june 26th. i am now 8 days post-op and doing pretty good. there was quite alot of problems swallowing the first few days but seems much better now. had to go back twice so far for sinus debridements since surgery and go back again next week. my sinuses are what is giving me my problems now. i still do the nasal irrigations and all. seem to get alot of pressure through out the day and worsening at night. i stopped my pain medication 5 days post op, but probably could have used it a few times since then. took Lortab pill tonight and last night because of sinuses. my throat is still sore some and the stitches are gagging me at times. cant wait until they dissolve. i have coughed one up though. well like i said i enjoyed reading the postings and learned alot from them.
