Amy, As far as liquid v. pill form it depends. When my doctor first presribed me pain med for UPPP he gave me liquid Hydrocodone, which was ineffective at controlling the pain. He then gave me Percocet tablets which I would cut in half or quarters and take with juice, which controlled my pain very well. Hence the type of drug is far more important yet if I had a choice I would prefer an effective drug in liquid suspension. Jose
