uppp and smelling smoke

In a previous posting, I noted that following the uppp, I sensed a slight smell of smoke when there was none. Someone indicated that they experienced the same thing. Is there anyone else out there who began smelling a very slight sense of smoke, from time to time, following uppp or similar surgery?
