That's very interesting, I've never heard of this before. I have been diagnosed with UARS since I have few apneas/hypopneas but am clearly deprived of sleep due to respiratory related events.

Although the CPAP clearly has had positive results, they have been extremely slow in coming. After 9+ months on CPAP I have not regained nearly as much useful sleep as would be expected. I am also thin and do not snore.

I have had septoplasty to open up the airway. I'm wondering if my ENT and/or sleep doctor would already have looked for this? or do you think it's something that I should specifically ask them to check for?
