I'm curious, did you try CPAP before the surgery? If so, was the CPAP working well for you?

Part of the problem I have is that CPAP hasn't worked all that well, as well as the fact the sleep lab can't quite determine a pressure that works. I've gone from 10 to 12 to 14 to 16 (and recently to 13 since I can't tolorate such high pressure). I wake up and I'm not all that refreshed. I've been using CPAP for 3-4 months now.
