cervical pillows

Has anyone had luck with cervical pillows for improving mild apnea? I'm thinking of trying one in conjunction with my oral appliance, which has improved my apnea but not quite as much as I would have liked (see my new posting in the regular forum). I guess it would be against forum rules to mention certain brands that have worked, but I would just like to know in general if they have helped anyone. Thanks.
