I had both the UPPP and the BOT at the same time. The outcome is looking positive for me. I feel much, much, better, in any case. Perhaps the UPPP works better in conjunction with the BOT. I know that I always felt that it was my palate that was the problem, ie, when I pulled a breath in through my nose, that the upper palate would be sucked up and block things. So, as is standard for me, it seems, I am the odd duck in this too!
