Hi...I had one made by a dentist. I'm not aware of any you can "just buy", other than the plastic sports mouth guards which did nothing for me but annoy me as I slept LOL It improved my apnea from 70/hour to 46, so it wasn't enough for mine...they are expensive, but treatment for this is...
