My present insurance (Altius) is a PPO, no "gatekeeper", no referrals as long as they are preferred care providers in their book.

I tried the machine last night for the first time. Fell asleep within minutes but woke up in less than a half hour ans stayed that way until I took the mask off at 1:30 (awake for 3 hours). The mask wasn't a problem like it was before (this unit came with the breeze pillow sustem). The noise next to my face and fighting to exhale against air pressure is the problem. I will try the rest of this week before electing what to do.
