I've had the H/S and the GA since the first of the year. My doctor didn't seem to feel the UPPP was necessary since I don't have a lot of extra material there. The uvula was removed 50 years ag when I was 2. I had somno on the tongue last fall. I do breathe a lot better while awake. After this week of giving the machine a try, I will push for chance of a cure either through my current doc or pick a new one.
