I'm getting my dental appliance tomorrow :)

The dentist prescribed it but wanted an okay from my ENT to "place it". My insurance covers most of it because it is medically necessary according to the sleep studies and doctors notes detailing my attempts to use CPAP.

The dentist did say he saw an ad for a cheap appliance over the counter but I wouldn't recommend it without getting the dentist to check you over for TMJ problems.
