where to go from here

I tried cpap (Sullivan), bipap (Duet), autopap (Remstar and autoadjust LT). I have used 2 different mirage masks, breeze and Adams. The masks made me a little claustrophobic while the pillows didn't. Combined effort was over a year. With all of them, I slept worse than without them which, as you all have been there isn't the best. I wake up after about a half hour and seem to be choking from the pressure going in. Can't get back to sleep because the air noise next to my face drives me nuts and I just can't seem to exhale against anything too much over static room air pressure. Even the bipaps and I didn't get along.

Where do I go from here? I don't want to go the trach route.
