No connection between Cronic fatigue syndrome and Sleep Apnea. But, it may not be uncommon to misdiagnose sleep apnea and call it CFS, especially with docs who do not know much about sleep and there are many.

I would also add that here in the US there are not to many doctors that even beleive there is such a disorder as cronic fatique syndrome.
