I had tongue somno done to me at the same time I had my septoplasty. The combination of Upper palate somno, tongue somno, septoplasty and sinus surgery has really helped my everyday breathing and almost licked my sleep apnea problem. My RDI dropped from 11 to 4.9.

Make sure you get a good ENT and there should hardly be any pain at all for the somnos!
