Hi Bostonman,
Took me forever to notice that you had replied - I just had the somnoplasty on the tongue at the back. My doc said the GA was the next step if this is not effective. I do have a small jaw. He wouldn't do a UPPP and a GA together - he considers that a bit too much for the patient to handle all at one time, bless his heart!
