somebody help me

Posted by just fed up! on September 10, 2002 at 22:56:06:

I had the UPPP done April 3, 2002. The surgery and recovery were painful (as expected). I started to dream when i slept. But NOW>>>>Sept 10, I am very rarely dreaming and i wake up feeling choked and out of breath. I actually thought this sleep apnea crap was over:( So now i don't know what to do. I feel very tired. Also i still am using lorazepam to fall asleep...if i dont, i can not even close my eyes. I can go days if i dont use lorazepam.
does anyone know where i can turn now. I have done the cpap thing also--i almost lost my mind and vocal cords! My throat was totally dried out! I had humifier also. I developed bile reflux, esophagitis, stomach ulcers and hiatal hernias during the cpap time. That was why i decided to finally just do the UPPP in April. But now it actually feels like my throat is closing up! SOMEBODY HELP ME,PLEASE

THANKS AND GOD BLESS!
