If you had a heated humidifer that is what works with cpap. It takes a few months to get use to it.

There are mouthpieces that might work.

As far as surgery there is a 3 phrase surgery for sleep apnea, genioglossus (muscle in front of tongue cut and brought forward), tonsils out and modified uppp.

MMA (break upper and lower jaw and bring them forward).

radiofrequency to tongue and muscle behind tongue. rf to tongue can be done up to 6 times 6 weeks apart.

Expensive to have these done but they have over a 90% success rate.
