So I found out.....the messy way.

I literary roar when I sneeze, and now I can't hold them back. I do that and hold em the results are even worse!!

I embarss myself as I am not very big or tall person, but I literary roar like big person when I sneeze , so I have being told by my co workers!!!

It was not a pretty sight. But I am recovering from it well. Tubinates were reduced.
