I just went over the Xrays with my ENT. We're pretty happy with the results of the HS and GA. The airway has increased to 16mm which is way big, "normal" is considered 11mm. One problem that is of concern, some measurement from the Hyoid to an axis through the jaw or the tongue (something) should be 17mm, mine is still 27 which is what it was pre-surgeries. He said this means there is a lot of tongue that could still collapse into the airway. I talk to the oral surgeon on Thursday 9/19. One thing about the xray...the screw in the chin sure looks weird.
