I had the same trouble, I had it done....pain was minimal [may vary for other people] but it made alot more eaiser to comply with CPAP treament son after. The hardest is going 3 x days without CPAP, that was no fun for me at all!!

As I got my sleeping problems returning in less then 2 days. But had no choice as my nose was gunky with blood.....irragating with salt wather at times still.

But now 4 wks after, I recivering and can breath easier....
