Thanks for that - I will let you know my post -splint sleep study results in a couple of months and if things aren't much better then consider the MMA.How different in terms of alertness/mood did you feel post MMA c.w. the dental device ?

ALso with the MMA I asked Stanford about cost and they qouted around $70,000 - is this right ? Unfortunetely in the UK OSA is not covered by insurance....
