The plan was for me to be in ICU one day and a regular room one more. I ended up in ICU two days and regular room another two. The extended stay in ICU was because I felt like I had a diffucult time breathing due to all the swelling. The hospital had an oxygen mask for me and I also brought my CPAP to use.

I've read in these forums that in other countries people stay in the hospital longer than two days, but you know how insurance companies run our health care system here.
