a LUMP! where did it come from???!!

I had the ol' UP3 about 10 days ago (not too bad at all) and my Uvula was rendered "stub-like". YET, I am very aware of a lump where it was, with a feeling very similar to that of a...oh, I don't know...maybe a soggy piece of fat??? Please, and at this point I am willing to sell a toe for some insight as to:
-why am I feeling this?
-will I feel this forever?
-what can a poor boy do?
If you have any wisdom into this and care to share, I will love you.
