Hi. I may be in the same boat as you...I have a long uvula that could be the cause of all my sleep apnea/snoring problems. However, and this is a BIG however, my insurance will not cover just uvula removal and my doctor says the pain is just the same as a traditional UPPP surgery. So, my choice is to have it all done at once (UPPP and tonsils).
