Hey, ME TOO. I had terrible sleep problems which were fixed by cpap, but after careful consideration, my problem is just choking upon falling asleep. My apnea is in the normal range. After looking, my uvula is more than 1/2" long and hangs down the back of my throat. UPPP would have cost $6k and 1-2 weeks of painful recovery. RF uvulaectomy is a 30 minute deal and a sore throat for $750. Will have the surgery in 2 weeks and will report back. Beginning to wonder how many people just need a uvulaectomy?
