I feel you pain! Yes - I had quite a bit of trouble sleeping after the surgery. I didn't have the "washer", but had everything else plus radiofrequency tongue reduction. The only thing that helped me was healthy doses of pain killers (percocet, lortab, etc...) Of course, they do sometimes reduce the deepness of breathing, but as long as I didn't drink the bottle, I seemed to sleep better and be quite a happy person :)
btw, unfortunately , my surgery didn't work and I am now having to wear a dental appliance. Hope yours goes better...
