I could not sleep for more than two hours at a clip the first few nights. It was most annoying, but the doc told me it is normal. Almost two weeks later I am sleeping pretty much through the night, waking up maybe once, twice at most. At this point I've only needed painkiller med before bed, and on waking up around 6am.
