How is you sleep now?

Better, I think. Deeper and longer.

Do you notice any improvements, dreaming, etc?

Yes, I've been tending to 'bounce' out of bed in the morning. My dreams have been really kooky and vivid this past week. I don't have the grogginess during the day and I feel a bit more energetic. In the evening and afternoon I'm dozing in the recliner, but it's probably an effect of the Vicodin and the TV.

When do you plan on a follow-up sleep study?

If and when Doc orders it. Can't do it without his prescription for it (fussy insurance, y'know). I don't know if my doc requires follow up sleep studies or is subjective and goes by how the patient feels. I really would prefer the latter. If I'm feeling good and seeing successful effects of the surgery, why second guess?
