And your 30's is your prime! I keep telling myself that because I turn 30 this year!!

The dental appliance was quite odd at first, but it took my arousals from 200 to less than 50 per night... After one month now, I can't even tell if it is in or not.. have to actually try and talk, then I know pretty quick :)
