Is the Septoplasty all that you had done?

I had this done about 4 weeks ago and was not aware that there were any stitches left. My surgeon utilized hard plastic splints around my septum for a week after surgery. There were stitches holding this in place that he removed a week after surgery.

Anyway, my guess is that the other should probable be dissolving soon - I had not noticed anything after the first week. Best bet is always to call the Dr. I kept calling the nurse to ask these types of questions right after my surgery.
