Didn't know you already had some surgery! Hope it heals well.
I had the same surgery about 1 year ago and had a very similar experience. The "self disolving" stitches usually take a while to disolve and sometimes fall out in large pieces. (this is a little yucky, but I'll share anyway) I had a section of stitches come out partially and I proceeded to "help" it along... I passed out. I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to those things, but your experience certainly falls in line with mine. Agree with Pickle - would talk to the doc...
