On Wed. 2/11 it will be 4 weeks for me that I had the same procedure you had. My throat is healing nicely, but like you, my nose is stuffed a lot of the time, and it still feels like it got smacked. However, every now and again I blow my nose and chunks of crap come out. Then I can breathe perfectly.

I also get a little fatigued once in a while, and might nod out if I'm particularly bored or relaxed. Though for the most part I feel a lot more energized.

I think this is normal, from what I've heard from other people. Also, it takes a while (several months) for the body to really start healing from the damage done from not sleeping.

Unfortunately, the recovery is not overnight, as much as we'd like it to be.
