I had septoplasty 4 weeks ago and am still feeling a little fatigued in the day. I am not feeling overly stuffed up but I am still snoring and I still have some stitches in place. My nose is still painfull when touched also.

I think it can take a few months for the nose to really settle and for you to see the full benefit.
