You have the exact same symptoms as I do. I, too, have never felt terribly drowsy during the day nor have I ever fallen asleep during inappropriate times. I too am 32 years old and not overweight. My oxygen, too, fell only into the mid-80% range (only once during the night, for just a second.)

I think it's because most of my respiratory disturbances are hypopneas instead of full apneas. Your situation may be the same.

I think the arousals during sleep must set off some anxiety hormones, or something. Because I suffer from that, too. (but not before I turned 30.)
