I just wanted to let you know that I have had the same exact
symptoms that you've described for quite a while now. I am
36 years old and not over-weight. I am thin and in good
health (other than this sleep apnea thing).

You've basically listed the symptoms that I've described to
my sleep doctor on several occasions. I even went to a
Cardiologist when I my regular Doc said that my heart beat
was a little to fast when at rest. They had me run on a
treadmill with all of the electrodes, and then
proceeded to say that 'you're fine and it's probably just the
sleep apnea problem'. Good bye-

Well, all of this is just dandy except for the fact that I'm still
feeling:
- tired / spacy
- off balance at times
- slight anxiety
- occasional fast heart beat
- a bit dazed after a work out
- tired, and more tired

I'm glad someone out there knows what I'm going through.
By the way, I have been taking fish oil capsules (Omega-3),
and the irregular heart beats have essentially gone away.
Apparently, studies have shown that the Omega-3 in fish oil
has a tendency of reducing arrhythmias. For me at least, it's
worked.

Good luck, and keep positive.
