Hi Paul (from one Paul to another)
I have seen your postings and glad to see you're getting some numbers back. I had similar results on my studies in terms of the hyponeas. My sleep doctor definitely wanted to treat this with CPAP... an awakening is an awakening in my book... The abstuction was different that the apneas, but disturbing the sleep nonetheless. I have found relief (finally), still having some insomnia issues, but have seen the spontaneous events and hyponeas drop to "normal" levels of an average joe. It tood CPAP, then surgery, then a dental appliance to get there, but I did feel the need to address it with similar stats to you. Just my experience. No doctor here, so keep me posted on how things progress.
Good luck!
Paul (mstree)
