Thanks for the insight - it is good to know what other people experience. Sometimes this is even more valuable than what a Dr. says. It is amazing how little is really known/discussed in the medical community about Sleep disorders.

I have even gone to a cardioligist for some of my symptoms, had a stress test, tilt table test, and heart event monitor and so far nothing. The longer I deal with this and the more I learn - it appears that Sleep Apnea has far reaching affects. Never really thought mine was that bad.

My sleep study did indicate that I had 69 apneas in apprx 1 hour on my back and only 2 Hypopneas. Good news was 0 apneas or hypopneas on my side. Challenge is to stay on side - easier said than done.
