That's great news. Thanks for keeping us posted.

I'm scheduled for the UP3/Tonsillectomy right on March 5th here in Chicago. I decided against doing this part at Stanford, and will only go out there if a post-op sleep study indicated that the tongue is still being an obstruction. At that point, I will take Dr. P's advice about having the GA done. By that point, the only obstruction left would be the tongue, in my case.

Although, I may try somno treatments to the tongue before doing the GA.

Anyway, my doc here said that he's also going to use the radiofrequency ablation that you had done, because of the far quicker recovery time and less pain than with the "snip and burn" method.

I hope in April that I feel as good as you do right now.

Again, congrats. Do keep us posted if you decide to have a post-op sleep study done.
