Thank you people so much for your information. I didn't check here for several days and just saw your reply now. I will show my appreciation by sharing my experience ( I got a lot)with others and hope that that would be helpful.
I feel that I should have the GA surgery. My last sleep study with the dental appliance (TAP) shows a good result. But what concerns me is that I did get a good sleep without wearing anything. The chance is one out of hundreds. For example, I did get good sleep the first week following the UPPP. But the apnea problem came back afterwards.
I have been trying the TAP for two weeks. The result is that I have little or no apnea but I feel that I have had dreams all the night. So I still feel that I don't get good sleep. It's better than having apnea though. The sleep study also shows that I have numerous arousals. Anyway, even though the TAP seems working, I still feel that I should have GA, with your inputs here.
I am 47 and looks healthy. But close friends and my family knows my sufferring. Talk more to you later. Again, thanks a lot for your info.
