Thanks for your valuable input. I had some frustrating experience to find a good ENT doctor, too. I have seen five of them. The one I chose to do my UPPP is a good one. The surgery was nicely done. But it is not succesful in caring my sleep apnea. Also, is there an insurance reason that ENT doctors have to do UPPP, then GA and then MMA?

I have a question for you: did you have GA before you had MMA? My feeling is that MMA is kind of too aggressive. I would like to have GA plus a dental appliance. Of couse, every one has his/her particular case. What's your opinion?
