I have a similar situation to what you are experiancing. I just had another sleep study @ Stanfod where they also use a device that goes through your nose and down into your throat while you are sleeping. It is called a PEZ I think. I have never seen it used other than @ Stanford. It ,measures the pressure when you breathe during sleep. I am similar in to you because I have very little Apnea and my Oxygen levels are pretty good now after having Septoplasty, Tonsils, UPPP, and Hyoid Advancement. The doctor told me that my pressure was very high explaining why I am having many arrousals at night. I am going to see him soon to discuss otions with him, but this too may be your problem. I feel tired again all the time. I'm going to see him next week again and I'll let you know what he says....
