Tongue surgeries related to hyoid?

I have been reading bout these procedures listed below. Are they related? Are certain people better candidates for the tongue surgery than others? My ENT told me my obstruction primzrily appeared to be the base of the tongue, and I also have recessed lower jaw

Hyoid advancement
Genioglossus advancement
Repose tongue advancement
Coblation-assisted base of tongue reduction
