sounds like you need a second opinion! sounds like he's got the cash register open for you. i had septo last year but didn't help so i went right to MMA due to my airway being so narrow. granted it's the most drastic but it also has the highest success rate. won't get my follow-up study for about 6 months but I know i met the 50% reduction criteria. sounds like you might want to get genioplasty instead of GA cuz it captures more of the genoio muscle and will also improve your appearance. grumpy
