Well everyone I'm exceedingly happy to have my surgery behind me now. Overall it wasn't terrible although I did have some complications with the general ana.

Overall OK and glad to have it behind me. I still have a good bit of pain in my teeth and surrounding areas but I suppose that is normal. I went back to the ENT today and he told me mine was not a fun operation and I have alot of hard bone needing removal as well as very inflamed nasal area.

The surgery was Friday at 830AM and I have the splints removed this afternoon about 130. Since then I've had a good bit of drainage. Of of it old blood that is quite dark red and some new. I am a bit worried I am bleeding too much but I suppose I'm OK. Its kinda like a drip. I am trying to avoid it going down my throat as much as possible to stave up upset stomach.

Really just curious out there what anyone elses experience PostOP for this blood drainage might be? Or should I be more concerned than I am?

I am being super positive about the ordeal and really looking toward the future. I can post more in depth if anyone wants to know more about it etc. and will post my outcome as I see how it turns out myself!
