Questions about somno of tongue

So has anyone had this done? Do you have any good or bad results to report? Do they do it over several appointments? How long between sessions?

I once had an ENT tell me that my primary obstruction seemed to be at the base of the tongue, so I am hoping I might be a good candidate for this
