first off please come back tomorrow and report again how you feel tonight?

Dental device are designed for back sleep, potentially for mild and snoring problem. it is 100% remedy for snoring. You snore 0 with devices on. But there is a price to pay like jaw problems. occlusion and misalignments. this can lead to constant long term headache called tmj.
These days they advertise everything so there are lots of dentists trying to make money out of things that isn't proven to be effective for apnea. RDI only goes down by 10-20% with the device on. so if you have 50 rdi then you are down to 40 rdi not much improvement. it is worth trying for one week and see how you feel and take a good test (not pat-100 from itamar) and can see if it did anything to you. you 02 needs to be above 95% all the time.
